In this brilliant, funny and engaging show, Michael Brandon tells how he gave himself two years to star in a Hollywood movie. After 50 years in the business, he lifts the lid on a half-century of showbiz personalities from De Niro to Pacino, Tony Curtis to Kim Novak and his ex-wife, the Bionic Woman!
In the UK, Michael shot to fame in the UK in the 80s iconic series Dempsey and Makepeace . In 2004, he was nominated for an Olivier Award as best actor for his title role performance in Jerry Springer: The Opera at the National Theatre. His many other UK theatre credits include Singing In The Rain , Wet Weather Cover , On The Waterfront and A View From the Bridge . On screen, he appeared in Captain America: The First Avenger, Dr. Who ,The Catherine Tate Show , Tracey (Ullman) Breaks The News and four seasons as Elliot Salad in the hit comedy Episodes alongside Matt LeBlanc. Michael will soon be seen in Trust , produced and directed by Danny Boyle.
