Part 1: Statement of intent
This is the health and safety policy statement of:

Stretched Light Ltd

Our Health and Safety Policy is to:

– Prevent accidents and work related ill health
– Manage health and safety risks in the workplace and on location
– Provide adequate training for the above where necessary
– Consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
– Ensure all equipment used is in good working order
– Discuss emergency measures to meet individual cases and locations
– Review and Revise this policy regularly

Part 2: Responsibilities for health and safety

1 Overall and final responsibility for health and safety: Simon Fielder

2 Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice: Simon Fielder

3 All employees should:
co-operate with supervisors and managers on health and safety matters; take reasonable care of their own health and safety; and report all health and safety concerns to an appropriate person (as detailed above)

Part 3: Arrangements for health and safety

We will complete relevant risk assessments for location recording
We will review risk assessments when situations or conditions change

We will ensure adequate measures are taken for those working from home
We will ensure adequate measure are taken for those working on location
We will ensure adequate measures are taken for those working in studio
